What's included in the setup fee?
We design your entire website from scratch, write initial content, set up your booking system, configure email, and get everything live. You provide your branding preferences and service details — we handle everything else.
Can I approve content before it's published?
Absolutely. Every blog post and social media image can be sent to you for approval first. Or, if you prefer, switch on autopilot and we’ll handle it all.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Moving up is instant — moving down happens at renewal.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans offer 2 months free but are paid upfront.
What happens to my AI content allowance if I don't use it?
Monthly allowances don’t roll over. But you can always purchase additional blog posts (€5 each) or social media images (€2 each) whenever you need them.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We build, manage, and update everything for you. If you want to make a change, just send us a message and we’ll sort it out.
What if I already have a website?
We can migrate your existing content and domain to our platform. If you’re on WordPress already, migration is usually seamless. Other platforms may need manual content transfer.
What about GDPR compliance?
All our websites are built with GDPR compliance in mind — cookie consent, privacy policy, data processing agreements. We’re based in Berlin and fully understand EU data protection requirements.
